This has got to be the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Lovely staff, the breakfast was amazing & the rooms are fantastic. They are very modern, exceptionally clean with free fast WiFi. Water dispensers with still & sparkling water are on every floor. It is also so quiet. The hotel is only a 10 minute walk from the old town & a 10 minute walk from the main bus stops for excursions to Auschwitz or The Salt Mines. I will be returning to Krakow again soon & I'll definitely be staying in this hotel.

Wasn't looking forward to staying here considering it had 4 railway tracks right behind it. Well let's start with that, thanks to some very good double glazing we never heard a thing. Very clean room and bathroom. Breakfasts great choice of foods although cooked breakfast could be hotter. Staff very friendly and efficient. Would definately recommend here, only downside was steps into the entrance, only 2 but my wife was in a mobility scooter which was a bit awkward.
