the place is horrific the food is barely cooked and the staff are so horrible they was very rude and ignorant

We had a great stay at the hotel and really enjoyed the atmosphere, the facilities and the friendly service. Everything was well organized, and there was always something to do during the day. A special mention goes to the animation team. They were energetic, friendly and genuinely involved with the guests. The activities around the pool, aqua gym, games and evening entertainment made our days much more fun. The animators always created a great atmosphere and knew how to get everyone involved without being pushy. The animation team really adds a special touch to the hotel and makes the holiday feel lively and enjoyable. Thank you for the great memories and the positive energy!

We were very pleased with the mini club and mini disco activities. It was quite fun and enjoyable for the children. The events were beautifully and thoughtfully prepared, and our children loved participating. We would like to thank Ms. Aysel for her assistance.
