Booked as a Spa hotel, Spa closed all week. No discount or anything offered. Twice got back to our room and the door was left open by cleaning staff. Complaints at front desk waste of time as staff couldn't care less
Beautiful Hotel,very central. This was a city break trip for me and my daughter,the staff was very nice and helpful,our flight was in evening so we decided to go to a day spa on last day to kill time and we ask the staff if they could keep our bags and if we could get changed in their jacuzzi changing room once we returned from the day spa and was not a bother for them at all. We really enjoyed our last day and went to airport nice and fresh on clean clothes! Would happily return to Museum Hotel if I ever visit Budapest again.
