Overall, this is a really nice hotel, really clean and you could tell most of the staff cared about the place. Especially Hamza the barman! Best guy around! Looked after me after england lost to Argentina!! Good facilities, the spa was amazing. The room was good, however there should be a mini fridge for small bottles of water, i know the 4 star side does, however that is not an excuse so there should be a mini fridge as standard. However, on our second night (Tuesday 7th July at around 11pm) our room was burgled, whereby numerous electrical items were stolen. These were out of sight at the time away in our suitcases and so were NOT left out. This really upset us. We immediately went to alert reception about the incident and they completely washed their hands of this, they were not bothered at all. They did not reassure us at all, did not file a report, did not even write anything down. One staff member even walked off from us when we were trying to report the incident! After telling them about this incident, we returned back to the room and the items were magically outside of the room all packed away in a supermarket bag. This massively disappointed us as it seemed they did NOT care about their customers. I would like to assume they do care about customers, but that would then mean they are not well trained on dealing with these incidents, which again I hope is not the case. Like I said overall, it was a lovely hotel and we had a great rest of the holiday! Bar staff make the hotel what it is, really amazing people.

Stayed for 5 nights half board and had such an amazing experience. We stayed at the luna park, 3 star rooms but had everything we needed (would be nice to have a mini fridge) and all the other facilities was shared with the luna club 4*. The resort was very clean, staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and the location was great, just a short walk from the beach and bars/shops. We also used the spa facilities and had a treatment and both of these were amazing. Felt so relaxed after these and the yoga classes. I am gluten free and mentioned it on arrival, the head chef showed me all the food that was gluten free. There were also tags on every food with each allergen on. Plenty of choice on food and a great relaxing stay overall. Would definitely come again.
