This hotel was booked by Prime Holiday as part of our Euro tour. The lady who welcomed us was very professional and made check‑in smooth. The hotel itself is quite basic and located just a few minutes’ walk from both metro and tram stops, which is convenient for getting around. However, it is situated in a rather run‑down area, which may not appeal to everyone. Additionally, the hotel does not offer a 24‑hour front desk service, which can be inconvenient for late arrivals or early departures.
