This hotel is not boutique and is not 4 Star. The room was a good size, but very little storage space. Housekeeping was not very good. The towels and linen were changed regularly although the towels were paper thin, however the floor was not washed once in 10 days, the sink was not washed. We had four cockroaches. The shower flooded the room in the second day. Maintenance did sort it out quickly. No WiFi in the rooms or anywhere else apart from the reception area. Breakfast room is far too small for the number of people. The hotel is far too big to be boutique. Never managed to get a sun bed. Very noisy. The reception staff were nice and that is the only positive thing I can say about this hotel. The hotel is really no more than 3 stars and that is being generous. Very disappointing !!!

I called three times before arriving and emphasized my meticulousness about cleanliness, yet wine spilled on the walls and they didn't even wipe it down. The room's lighting is unpleasant, and I specifically requested that it not be one of the ground floor rooms I saw in one of the reviews. We came for our wedding anniversary, and honestly, it doesn't resemble the photos at all. They brought an extra bed for our 10-year-old child, who is quite large and will never be comfortable. We could have stayed somewhere much better for the price we paid. I'm sorry, I don't know how we'll get through these three nights.

Worst hotel experience ever . Arrived late at night to be given a room I didn’t book and was too small for our family . To add , everything was very dirty filled with hair , dirt and stains everywhere, we even found a used tissue ! We asked the reception to be given the room we actually payed for but we were told to come back in the morning. Fast forward to the next day , we were given our room at approximately 2PM . The new room was even dirtier than the first one . The bathrooms had old guests stuff , mud prints on the ground , used toilet paper and some poop residue on the toilets . We asked if our bathrooms could be cleaned and were told to wait a couple of minutes but it’s been over 2hours and we were told to wait a couple more minutes . This hotel was very disappointing to say the least , the location was perfect but the hotel itself wasn’t good. If your thinking about going there or taking your family with you , think again and save yourself .
