This hotel is absolutely fantastic.Staff very helpful,a few don't have great English,but you are in Spain,make an effort to speak the language.Hotel exceptionally clean,pool area spotless,it's extremely central to anything you would want,you are talking 50 metres to nearest shop,and inside 5-6 mins,you have plenty of restaurants,bars,shops,cafes.The Calle de Miguel is about 3 mins walk,it's same to a lift that takes you to the beach,so long as you are prepared to walk downhill a whole 2-3 mins after that,down a narrow winding street,full of shops,bars,restaurants.Bedroooms really comfortable,nice sized balcony.You can get a late check out if it's available.I would say it's a great choice,but probably not suitable for younger children,it can get loud in the pool area with music and activities for a few hours a day

I stayed here a few weeks ago wiht 8 of my friends. We had 3 rooms booked. 3 in a room. It was a tight squeeze with very little spacke so the balacony was handy. The rooms were ok, bit dated but done the job. Only storage was the wardrobe. Very little space in the bathroom to place toiletries for 3 people. There is no kettle or iron in the room. These are extra and payable at reception. The house keeping staff were very nice. Cant say too much about the rest of the staff tbh. There was a big bar inside but it was never opened while I we were there depite it been July. I asked about night time entertainment at the reception and they couldn't help me. They said to go look at the screen beside the lifts but there was nothing on the dispaly any of the nights so we always went out. We were half board. The food wasn't great. Always very cold. Now I know buffet food is never warm but this was on another level. The Cabonara was so cold the white sauce was like paste. Evey day it was chicken or Turkey and Pork. So if you like these meats served cold then you will be ok. There was a roof top pool but it is covered overhead and in 39 degrees it was like a green house. The roof top bar doesnt open during the day. It only opens around 6 in the evenings. The main pool area was packed every day with not enough sunbeds. The seating area around the pool was always filty to the extent where you had to clear a table yourself if you wanted to sit down. The snacks were expensive and the drink was really expensive here. I was charged €8 for a bicardi and a dash of sprite and I also paid €3 for a glass of Sprite that turned out to be just soda water and had to give it back. The location is good. You are about 5 min walk to the main square. But if you want to go the beach you have to get the lift down to the ground level or walk down a rather steep winding road. The lift is a public lift and is right beside the hotel. Then theres a small flight of steps when you get out of the lift. The lift is 50c each way to use so make sure you have cash. Sun loungers on the beach are €10 each with an umberella. Theres bars around the hotel and plenty of shops. But if you want live music you will have to go towards the beach for that. We went to McGuinneses bar (Taxi cost €5) and we had a great time there plus the drinks were cheaper too. So to finish I would advise to pick another hotel that is worth your hard earned money. This hotel is very dated and could do with a make over. I dont know who was handing out the stars for hotels the day this hotel got them but I would say this hotel would be lucky if I graded it a 3 star.

Stayed here for a week, returning home on August 6th 2026. I have to say this wasn't a bad experience, but a few issues that can be easily remedied. Firstly the good, excellent location in Central Torremolinos close to shops, bars, restaurants etc. with the beach a couple of hundred metres downhill, with stairs or even a lift close by for people who have mobility issues. Rooms cleaned every day with is excellent and always willing to change towels etc. Beach Towels can be used for pool or beach activities with a deposit of €10, which is reimbursed when the towel is returned. Pool bar available during the day and the excellent sky bar on the roof from 5.30pm which has amazing views of Torremolinos, with excellent cocktails in both, food in the pool bar can be quite expensive. Pool area is not opened till 10am which is refreshing and stops the 7/8am trip to the pool for sun loungers!!! The bad, i have to say they have the worst lifts i have every experienced in any hotel, 4 lifts which isn't bad but the wait time could be upwards of 5/7 minutes or more on busy times with the lifts going passed floors on the way up or down which is baffling, luckily I was on the 2nd floor which meant i used the stairs 99% of the time as the wait was so long. I'm sure an edit on the settings of the lift could easily change this wait time. Entertainment is ok, but we found that some of the people doing aquagym and pool based activities were not great at interacting with English speaking people. Rooms are dated with little or no plugs in our room to charge phones, tablets etc. We had to plug out the TV and phone in order to have 2 sockets available, which is really poor, a retro fit to add additional plugs would be a good idea. All in All a pleasant stay with good and bad, but i would definitely return to this hotel, 3.5 Star.
