Excellent place to stay in Riga. The check in process was smooth and excellent communication by staff; separate thanks to Artjoms! The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring Riga and walking in Old Town. All the nice attractions are near by. The staff is great at all levels of the service with immediate attention whenever required. The breakfast is very good with nice variety of food for all tastes. The Spa is nice but even more I liked the message - good quality. With the 2-week stay, we were kindly offered a room upgrade on the second week with the nice view on the river. I couldn’t expect more from the service and we will definitely stay here again while visiting Riga. Highly recommend. Thank you to all staff for all your hard work making our stay so comfortable! They advertise a swimming pool, but it hasn't been open for a while. I think they shut it down to better promote their spa service, which is $100 USD. False advertising. They put me in a second building behind their building facing the river. It seems older and the view I had was of walls and a bit of walkway. The room configuration was kind of squirrelly. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The hotel is quite convenient to the Old Town, which was quite nice, but lots of cobblestones, and the hotel is walkable to the central train station, bus station and shopping centers. So good location, but ask for the main building and don't bother to bring a swimsuit.
