This place is at the center of everything! The staff, especially Alvaro has been very helpful and very friendly! I highly recommend this place to anyone! Will definitely book here again when I come back to Barcelona.

Very poor customer care. Booked more than 3 months ago but had a theft of my credit card recently and had to replace it. I received an email from the hotel 2 weeks before travel that they had cancelled my booking without informing me first because the card details they had were no longer valid. I explained my situation and asked them to reverse the cancellation without informing my new card details but they refused. I was told to make a new booking, obviously at higher prices and not in the room type I originally booked. I have chosen to book elsewhere where they have a clue about decent customer service and communication.

The hotel has gone downhill a lot, the room smelled bad during our entire stay, odors coming up from the shower drains! Holes in the sheets, staff less helpful and polite, no hello… nothing! THE NEW management has nothing to do with the one from before! Nothing!!! The room wasn’t even the one agreed upon, even though we were loyal customers; now you even have to pay extra to choose your room, even if you book 5 months in advance! What a joke! In short, very, very disappointing; we will go elsewhere and we do not recommend it!
