I certainly would not return to this hotel. We were delayed by 5 hours and we finally got to our hotel our room wasn't ready. We were eventually taken to a room in the out building and boy what a dump! Damp in the main room, seal in bathroom filthy. View out of patio door was a fence and a very overgrown piece of grass. I went to reception and had to pay another 100 gbp to move rooms. At this point we hadn't slept for 30 hours so just wanted to sleep. The food was poor but the restaurant manager was amazing. Hotel manager very rude, receptionists very rude. Would not go back.

Great location near Side old town. Hotel was ok but there’s room for lots of improvements the biggest being the maintenance of rooms and showers. We had no shower fixture on arriving and took two attempts to fix with a very cheap flimsy part. Housekeeping could do better. Food is ok lots of fresh salads and fruit and breakfast had ample choice. Pool area was disappointing as guests taking glasses in and smoking in the pool. Grass area should have more shaded as it was blistering hot. Bars should not run out of drinks. The staff in the main are very helping and shout out to Gazi Dede who worked tirelessly from morning to night to keep everything running smoothly. Also to Annie and Kev, friends who we made and had lots of fun and laughter with. Made our hols. If small improvements are made by management this would be a great place to stay.

We liked the Side Square…it was comfortable, reasonably quiet, had very friendly staff, and they dealt with a maintenance issue very quickly. The gardens are lovely to sit in, and there are a few communal areas to sit in. The wifi for the communal areas was perfectly adequate in our room - ask for the code at reception! Chilled bottled water was available free throughout. Room was cleaned daily, shower was great, and the location was excellent for the old city and harbour. It’s easy to get the bus to Manavgat market, and there’s a friendly chap selling excursions outside. (The “mix tour” was very good, and well priced at 30 euros.) The down side, as many have mentioned, was the food on offer. It was not particularly enjoyable, and became repetitive. This was a shame, because the hotel did everything else well. The salads were okay, and the bread was decent. The cold meats were poor, and sometimes the meat dishes on offer were oddly familiar from a previous sitting..the cheese was pretty ropey too. Would be nice to have had a quality coffee, which we would have been prepared to pay additionally for. We enjoyed the stay very much. We won’t miss the buffet! Would we come again - yes! It was a great price, and there are many restaurants nearby. The Hill foodpark directly over the road does a great kebab, and an amazing frozen mango drink; and the Serenade restaurant is very good, just round the corner
