I stayed in October A total disappointment Let's start with the reception where you witness cleaning staff washing the floors with the room towels.... The rooms are dirty and old with stained blankets. Small bathroom with a broken sliding shower door and non-adjustable temperature, so you either burn yourself or freeze.... Faux wood floor all swollen from humidity and water to the point that it's hard to open the doors.... Not to mention the daylight at night since the curtains aren't opaque enough. 90s aluminum window frames broken with drafts everywhere. Centralized air conditioning in the room broken... so they put in additional, but noisy, split units.... Towels in the bathroom full of hair from previous guests, or perhaps they were the towels used to wash the floor at reception and then washed in the washing machine? More than a 4-star, it seems like a hostel... Breakfast with tables always having stuff from previous guests… they aren't cleared for hours At the reception in the evening and at night, no one checks who enters…

Average room, with damaged furniture; disappointed by the services! Booked 5 nights, we asked for a chamomile tea bag, we were told NO, you have to pay for it, even though we could have taken one in our pocket at breakfast. Same for the water, it's a half bottle for the entire stay, and all that explained in a not very friendly tone. Really, this is not a 4-star!

On arrival there was no service to carry the luggage to the room. We arrived tired and had to carry our bags ourselves to the 2nd floor. Old elevator and gives several bumps, very bad! Bad breakfast, dark and old room, bathroom water from the box did not go down and finally the air conditioning did not work right, with the heat that was in Rome, we cooked during the night (one hour we stayed in the hotel). Bad experience, I do not recommend.
