The Charm Hotel, was excellent. Great location, clean and the staff were excellent. I became ill on arrival and and I was assisted at reception from a lovely lady who assisted me to get a doctor and unfortunately I ended up in hospital with pneumonia. The staff extended our stay as my partner needed accommodation. On my return the staff assisted me to contact hospital to get clearance to fly home. This assistance at reception , a lovely caring gentlman was amazing as the language barrier was hard communicating with hospital. The chef was lovely and kind as I had dietary requirements. Beautiful medium-sized hotel near the market hall and a short walk to the banks of the Danube. Outstanding breakfast buffet, very friendly staff. We would love to come back!
