The hotel looks a bit dated from outside, only having two small lifts at busy times is a nightmare if you have mobility issues as lift is too small for More than 2 people if you have a walker. The worst bit of holiday for me personally was the fact it is non smoking on balcony which I didn’t know beforehand as previously although h10,s have been non smoking hotels you could still smoke on balcony. If you smoke you have a small smoking area by snack bar ( 3 tables and no lights at night) which you can use 9am to midnight any other times you have to go right outside entrances by road ( no seating) which personally I think looks disgusting for a business and all non smokers have to walk through this ,also didn’t feel safe if like me you get up in middle of night and want a cigarette . Can’t understand why back rooms balconies of hotel can be smoking and front pool view non smoking rooms as myself and fellow smokers will not be coming back to hotel due to this and I understand most will be going this way but I think tourism will be impacted.

Arvustaja 837duncancAmazing Stay Made Unforgettable by the Entertainment Team
The hotel is in an excellent location, just a short walk from the beach and nearby attractions, including PortAventura World and Ferrari Land. There is also a popular bar and restaurant, The Fox and Hound, conveniently located opposite the hotel.
As an adults-only hotel, the atmosphere is calm and relaxed, making it ideal for a peaceful stay.
The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The fridge was a great addition for keeping drinks chilled in the heat. The air conditioning can be a little temperamental due to the door sensors, but it’s easy to manage once you’re aware of it.
The service at the hotel was excellent, with staff consistently friendly, helpful, and attentive. With multiple bars, getting a drink was never an issue, and staff regularly cleared empty glasses and checked in to see if you needed anything. It’s perfect for a relaxing, poolside holiday with drinks always within reach.
We also enjoyed the food throughout our stay. It’s buffet-style with a good variety each night, and the quality was consistently good. The restaurant was always clean and well set, and the staff were friendly and quick to take drink orders. We had breakfast every day and dinner most evenings, and had no issues at all.
The standout part of this hotel was, without a doubt, the entertainment team. Pepe is one of the most incredible people I’ve ever met — he genuinely goes out of his way to make sure everyone is enjoying themselves. He brings constant positive energy and is always happy to chat or have a laugh.
During our stay, another member joined the team and fitted in perfectly, working brilliantly alongside Pepe to keep guests engaged.
They both made the effort to learn guests’ names and encouraged everyone to get involved in the daily activities, including sangria making, aqua aerobics, darts, bingo, dominoes and more. In the evenings, they hosted fantastic shows, including Bruno Mars, Queen and ABBA tribute acts, as well as a dance show with audience participation — I even got up on stage myself and had a brilliant time.
Pepe and Cata were always getting people on their feet, dancing and fully involved, which made our stay genuinely unforgettable. They were easily the best part of our experience.
Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a relaxing holiday in Spain, with great entertainment and genuinely excellent staff. It offers very good value for money.

Location excellent. Food average with same daily breakfast. Limited sunbeds but comfy. Rooms were okay but our pool view room was very narrow with about less than a foot space at end of bed and yes a walk in shower but glass only covered a quarter of it so floor was like the titanic. We asked for an early breakfast as was going on a tui trip at 8.15, was told by reception had enough time for breakfast as it opened at 7.45 so the answer was no. I'm disabled so would really struggle so we went without breakfast.
Bar staff lovely all other staff except for the guy drinks waiter in restaurant were miserable.
