Scam booked and paid for two rooms that were unavailable reception told me to contact my travel agent in the middle of the night

Very good hotel location, good breakfast, quite clean, although the facilities and furniture were old, everything worked well, although the noise between rooms is noticeable, it was not a bother for being able to rest. Good hotel to stay for a few days of vacation in Venice, only they should improve the service of some reception staff.

Lovely little get away but communication about a out of order room let it down. Facilities nice and staff good.
