I would advise any british or irish not to waste your money on this hotel,this was my wifes 3rd and now last time she will visit this hotel, the hotel is 99% spanish they get priority over us brits,the staff and people are so fude and arrogant and let you no you are not wanted there,my wife who is coeliac was told she was catered for ha ,the odd dish other than that chips rice and veg pretty much it really,entertainment dull noise in the hotel unreal the spanish must have a built in door slamming gene built in them,kids running up and down the landings its a playground seriousely ,the sunbeds around the pool where like sardines in a tin you could not get in between them no table to put sun oil or a drink on, the three couples we met the only brits in there said they woul not return ever agai,cambills itself is lovely salou ok but the spanish need to get some manners and treat the people who boost there economy with a little bit of respect ,i certainly dont reccomend this hotel for the british and im now done with spain for life now ,sorry but this review is true and jet2 should take it off there holiday list.

First time staying here. My wife and I like peace and quite. We usually go to adults only hotels. This was a last minute decision. Pros and cons for me personally. We stayed breakfast only. The breakfast was perfect. It had every thing. Help yourself relax and enjoy. The pool area you couldn't swing a cat the sun loungers were jammed in together so tight. You had to be extremely agile to get on a sun lounger with people next to you literally touching against you. It was child oriented loud music and activities for kids going on all day help yourself to your own drinks if you were full board. This wasn't for me. BUT a two minute walk across the street and you were onto a beautiful beach it wasn't until busy perfect for peace and quite. I spent the day on the beach each day with my wife. It wasn't cheap 25 euros for two sun loungers and umbrella but it was money well spent. It was very hot and I needed the shade. Each night my wife and I would eat out. A bus stop outside the hotel and for 2.20 euros each you would go to the old and new town. There you had everything. The World was your oyster. Every kind of restaurant and shops bars everything your heart desires. Room in hotel very clean plus cleaned every day with fresh towels and bottles of orange and coke and cold water put into your fridge in your room no extra cost. That was really good. You didn't know what was in your fridge when you arrived in from the beach tired and hot after lazing the day away. There was never any champagne in the fridge I suppose that would be expecting too much. Would I go back yes in a heart beat. One staff member stood out. On arrival and departure we were lucky to have dealt with a young man called Sasha. Very professional give us all the information needed to know couldn't have been more helpful. A credit to the hotel. He deserves a big pay rise in his wages.
