First time staying in an ibis and very happy with our choice. Location is in the part of town we like next to Aldgate East station. St Katherine’s dock, Tower of London are close by and easy to get to places from the hotel. Hotel was very nice, good room, staff very friendly, great bar and a lovely breakfast all at a great price. Will look to stay again next time we are in London

Practically perfect. The National Express bus that takes tourists from Stansted airport to Liverpool Street drops them off under White Chapel, 50 meters from the hotel. The Aldgate East metro station is also nearby. Abundant breakfast, clean room, very kind staff. Close to restaurants. Also served by taxis. I will return <3 P.S. The London Express bus always passes by White Chapel again, there is the shelter right there. Get round-trip tickets :-)

Stayed 3 nights including breakfast Took a while to check-in due to a queue and only one receptionist which was a bit frustrating; we requested a quiet bedroom so the receptionist said she’d allocated us such… so off we went to fix it … it was the first bedroom next to the lift…!!!!! Clean hotel including bedroom Not keen on the en-suite bathroom style - essentially a metal container which is very odd Breakfast is ‘ok’, more quantity vs quality but it is adequate - more staff are required to clear tables etc as most were not cleared away in anything like a timely fashion; we wish there were cut fresh fruits and berries. But the overall choice is ok. Location is quite good, next to Aldgate East tube station, and a short walk to Brick Lane with it’s various shops and on a Sunday, Colombia Road flower market Would we stay again - unsure ££
