Had a very good Turkish hammam and Bali massage from Anita at the hotel spa. Felt very relaxed and rejuvenated after!

I had turkish hammam and bali massage from Burul- I was very happy! She did the oil massage particularly well. I felt relaxed and rejuvenated after!

I stayed here a week ago,this is not a five star hotel,the entertainment was crap basically singers miming and not very good at that,the toilets by the small pool always ran out of toilet paper and the floors were always inches deep in water why can’t they be mopped to make them safer,no spirits served at this bar just beer and soft drinks and limited food,the bar in main hotel part was an experience to say the least one day we had pina colada the next day you could not get it for the rest of the holiday,members of our group were drinking brandy and coke after a few days it tasted like whisky and coke,other members drank vodka lemonade after a few days the vodka was swapped for what tasted like gin,when we pointed this out to waitress she informed us the vodka had been changed to a different one that might taste like gin I told her that’s a load of waffle you can’t get vodka that tastes like gin,if you wanted a sun bed by big pool you had to put towel down about six in the morning so we ended up going to small pool every day,the lifts in the annexe kept breaking down and on the last night the electricity went off and a generator was put on till about twelve when we asked staff at reception how long it would be on for they just shrugged their shoulders,this was not a good holiday and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone,the management probably won’t reply to this and if they do they will try to cover up their faults they do not like anyone saying it is not five star they will say it meets requirements it is three star at best everyone please avoid this hotel.
