The stars of this hotel fall short when it comes to the attention, friendliness, and willingness to make you have a good vacation of the staff who work there, from reception, to Vane from housekeeping and her colleagues, as well as any of the waiters available, without forgetting the great Juan Carlos, a true artist capable of singing exquisitely any song proposed to him to liven up the hotel nights, he is very good and very pleasant!!. Regarding the facilities, it requires a complete update in paint, accessories, and renovations, from elevators to the pool and of course the rooms. The food could improve in variety but the quality for us was acceptable. In the end, the price/quality ratio has compensated us with the location and general conditions of the hotel, our daughter has enjoyed her first visit to Tenerife a lot, THANKS to the workers our stay has been much more pleasant.

We went 5 years ago and although it looked old on the outside, the rooms were painted and well-kept. We just got back from vacation and.......Terrible. The facilities are very neglected, the rooms are a mess, the food could be much better. The only thing that is saved is the staff, kind, attentive and very polite.

You feel somewhat cheated after paying; you arrive at your supposed ocean-view room and it is facing the back street. Cleaning and customer service are a 10, mind you. It has been many years since any maintenance was done, even to the pool, which is half empty and open for swimming 🫠; the building's paint is terrible, and the value for money is terrible.
