Great hotel, very clean, quiet, and nicely furnished. Staff very friendly. The interior design did a great job there.

A stunning and modern hotel with everything you could hope for. The room was beautiful and clean, the bed comfortable and the bathroom a delight. There is complimentary coffee and water in the lobby. The tap water in the room is drinkable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Round the corner are trams that will take you into the Old Town and museums. The central train station is a 10 min walk away. A short walk away is the Palace of Culture where you can take a lift to the top to get a spectacular view of the city. The hotel is in a quiet street only a few minutes away from a vibrant area with coffee shops, restaurants and shops, very pretty at night. I would highly recommend it. (My only feedback to the hotel would be to have coffee sachets in the room, both caffeinated and decaffeinated)

Excellent, well-located, beautifully decorated, the breakfast is spectacular, the service is correct (as in all of Warsaw they are correct, not friendly). The only observation: everything in the room is managed from a tablet, the temperature section only appears upon logging in, then that item disappears as an option, we were cold the first night, it should be easier to raise or lower the temperature. And the last suggestion: being so technological, the TV should have apps downloaded like: Netflix, Prime, etc., so that the guest can connect with their password and be able to watch a program in their language. And being a chain with a name in Spanish “PURO”, that language is not available on the command tablet. The experience was very excellent. A minor point: I went to celebrate my 60th birthday and I let them know in my reservation, I thought that perhaps there would have been some gesture. It still didn't dampen my stay.
