The hotel is a certain kind of 4-star. Wanted them to remove the bathtub and install a shower. Or at least had a handle to hold onto when going in and out. The beds are good. Rent in the room. The tenant wanted a small refrigerator in the room. The breakfast is not 4 stars. I would suggest they replace the toaster, it took a very long time to get the bread even slightly toasted, and having to go to the reception every morning to get a key for the room we booked is idiotic. There must be better ways.

Refined decoration, very clean, and warm welcome. We were delighted with our stay. The bus stop is at the foot of the hotel and it takes about 30 minutes to reach the center of Rome.
