David was the most lovely and helpful receptionist. He allowed my friend who had booked a room with a random person, to join my room instead with no excess fee or issue! As well as this, he was so lovely to talk to and also let me practice my British accent.

Been to to royal national hotel a few times and always been great. We just went with our granddaughter for her birthday and had a great time the staff were very pleasant and helpful especially Matt he was always happy and gave us a lot of good tips on places to go and see. He made it a great experience for our grandaughter. So thank you Matt for making her first trip to London so nice. Definitely will return hopefully soon

Very good hotel with a beautiful, central location. The rooms do not have air conditioning, so it can get quite warm at night. The breakfast is excellent. I am a celiac and every day Gosia and Mirela provided me with a specially prepared gluten-free breakfast (with eggs, sausages, mushrooms, gluten-free toast, and hash browns), so I didn't have to miss out on anything. Amazing! And the friendly staff pointed out to me that the Piccadilly Line would not be running on the day of my departure, so that I could arrange alternative transport; they were really very concerned...
