Chosen for the competitive price considering the number of stars and the location. On Via Piave, just steps from Piazza Fiume (Rinascente) and about a 10-minute walk from Piazza Barberini (nearest Metro). Quiet area with bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. The hotel is small and appears clean. The room is small but functional (despite the 40 degrees, I found it cool). A single elevator for the entire hotel, quite slow and always occupied. The breakfast room on the lower floor is small, with various sweet and savory choices, and fruit. The coffee is good! For the price paid, it was fine; perhaps if it had cost more, I would have considered other options as well.

Great location just steps from Rinascente. I booked a single room that honestly was really small but quite comfortable. I would say it was more similar to a nun's cell or the cabin of a ship. Single bed with a comfortable mattress. Cleaning was okay. Bathroom nice but in the shower, there was no hot water (only slightly warm) and the drain did not work. In short, if it's just for one night, it's okay given the rates, but I would say that 3 stars would be more appropriate at least for this type of room.

Double room overlooking the Main Street. Room very small and bathroom even smaller. No hot water in handbasin and plug did not work resulting In Water constantly draining out. The shower head kept dropping down. Reported it at reception the next morning but nothing done about it. Air conditioning was set at 23 degrees! Far too hot in the room. When I asked if it could be altered we were informed that every room was the same. On the last night, no hot water in shower. Reported it again only to be told no one else had reported it. Not helpful! Saw the person at the front desk constantly vaping! Breakfast was good. Great local restaurants all around the hotel.
