Me and my son are on our last night here at the hotel. The hotel has been fantastic . The actual quality of service with the staff, the cleanliness , the food choices and the actual ease of doing everything has been brilliant . The pool and waterslides are a great feature with so much novelty to them. The grounds are always clean and you’ll always see members of the team walking around cleaning up . You are only a short walk from the beach and there’s shops 2 minutes away to buy all essentials. We couldn’t have asked for more.

My experience wasn't good. My room when I got there was horrible and the carpets in the corridors were dirty full of bits.thay have wooden panels down the corridors looked like maintenance man had put them up on the cheep.my room was facing what looked like a run down block of flats and broken chairs. And the paint work on the balcony's. Just wasn't good to look at when you've paid thousands for a holiday. I complained thay moved use the next day there were 6 of use in to rooms my room was better facing the pool. But my daughter got a different room but she was still facing broken chairs. Not the rooms we asked for. I wouldn't wish any one to get a room like that. The food I thought was OK my children were not impressed. The resection I found so tied the out side were nicer than the inside .the pool were full of people fine stones. The children liked the slide I would never go again. I had my purse pinched in the town. So I had no money for 2 day I had my safe key in my purse. So I at to buy another safe key.and pay a lock smith to open it. I didn't have a good experience so I would be returning
