We had a great time, we will return, the breakfast was excellent

We just came back from 4 nights at this hotel, some of the reviews were worrying so wasn’t expecting much. Upon arrival met a lovely lady receptionist she was very accommodating and made us feel very welcome. Hotel is about 15-20 minute walk from train station or €9 in the taxi. There is however a bus stop within 5 minute walk which takes you directly into central Rome which means the transport links were fantastic. No problem at all using Romes public transport it is €1.50 to use the bus which lasts for 100 minutes so you can tap on using Apple Pay or debit card and the buses and trains are super regular and reliable We had a great experience our room 428 was immaculately clean, the room overlooked the court yard and views across the city. Our towels were clean, fluffy and the room was clean and well appointed. The bed was quite firm but that is a personal preference I prefer a soft bed but we literally were exhausted after walking 20,000 steps a day around Rome that it didn’t bother us to much. There is a swimming pool it is €10 per person. There pool is open 9.30am-7pm, you do need a swim hat €3 and just take the hotel towels down. We used the pool on 2 afternoons which was lovely, the snack bar is relatively cheap €3 a beer and €10 for burger and chips loved being able to swim after a hot day in the city. There is a super market within 5 minutes walk to get fresh home made pizza, or salad or fruit etc and we stocked up as there Is a fridge in the room. Also lovely local Italian restaurant 5 minutes walk away we went 2 nights and tje food was delicious and well priced Breakfast was fine, there was cereal, fresh fruit, eggs, toast, continental breakfast it was replenished frequently and plentiful Is it a luxury hotel no but it is an ideal location for Rome, you dont have to use the pool it’s peoples choices, the staff are kind, the hotel is clean and comfy and for the money you get exactly what you pay for.

I truly felt like a queen spending only 120 euros for 4 (2+2)... large and bright room with 4 windows overlooking 2 sides... padel courts and enchanting garden view. Large hotel furnished with taste, at times modern, at times classic... a nice mix that satisfies everyone. Kind and discreet staff. Excellent breakfast... I found everything necessary for my habits, even salad, cucumbers, mozzarella, and eggs!! A top protein breakfast!! Yogurt and fruit... sweets of different types (those, however, with a flavor that could be improved? . Everything very nice. I recommend it. Pool for a fee, but we didn't have time; it was a tactical stop on the way back from Spain .
