For 5000 for a family of four I wouldn’t go again this it’s my first night we have no towels in the room and they tried to put a double bed for brother and sister.the air con is noisy but you need it on other wise your fry to d…th The whole hotel is very tired. Not very friendly. I did visit the sister hotel and it was the opposite the staff of were welcoming the hotel was bright and airy and I really wish I had chosen that one. I don’t think it’s good for money and I wouldn’t be repeated again.

We stayed in this hotel as a family of 5. We had two rooms: one with 2 people and another with 3. The room with 3 people unfortunately had bed bugs. The staff washed our clothes and disinfected our luggages. But since we were with a big group, we lost some items during the process and were only to get it back the following day ((un)fortunately). 2 of us have bed bug bites all over the body. They did handle it quickly and gave us a voucher for free lunch, but it was still not a nice thing to happen. The location of the hotel was luckily pretty good. Not far from Reus aiport. The food (buffet) was good. You needed to rush to have a seat near the pool, though. People always left their towels behind and then left. The entertainment during the evening was pretty good. There were plenty activities to do throughout the day. The experience with the staff was mixed: some were very kind and some were pretty cold.
