The staff were attentive, friendly and approachable. One girl on reception spoke gpod english amd they were kindhearted. The air con should have been available during our stay accoring to the booking info but it was. The rep organised a fan for me which made my stay manageable. WIFI was unable inside of the end rooms which was a shame for my mum who had a single room on 5th floor. The food was really good, plenty of choice and a microwave to heat things if required. Bar staff equally friendly. Rooms were a bit tired but covered the basics. Walls thin and had a few annoying false fire alarms ,this was probably idiots smoking in rooms and not really a reflection on the hotel itself. Location as described.bought a train ticket thar covered our entire fortnight for 21 euros. Visited Girona, Barcelona,, and numerous places up and down the coast. Loved the old past of Girona over the bridge. Boat trip to Tossa was good value at 42 euros including 4 hours there which made our explorations not feel rushed.

We have just arrived home from an amazing week’s holiday away in Malgrat de Mar. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed and well looked after. The bar staff are super friendly, attentive, and chatty. They made us feel safe and cared for throughout our stay, which meant a great deal to us two young girls travelling alone. Their kindness and helpfulness really enhanced our experience. The food was delicious with a wide selection to accommodate all. it is quite quiet hotel as a whole but has some evening entertainment which is nice evening environment. The location is excellent, with a train station nearby, easy access to the beach, and local amenities all within walking distance. The facilities are of a high standard, and the interior is beautifully designed and very inviting. We recommend visiting blanes it’s very pretty and only a 5 minute train away! We had a memorable and relaxing holiday and would not hesitate to return. This is a place we can warmly recommend, especially for those seeking a safe and enjoyable stay.
