Excellent experience, the staff were excellent , room was on the small side but not an issue . Shower excellent as was a/c. Loved the room top bar

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights while visiting Barcelona. We had a group of 13 people staying there. It is located on a main street near a lot of attractions, many within close distance. Rooms were nice, clean, but a bit cramped for 2 roommates. The rooms were very quiet. It was very hot while we were there; this hotel had air conditioning in the room, and it worked very well. The staff was exceptional, very helpful and tended our needs as a group. Breakfast buffet was available at an additional cost; we used it once. There were a lot of variety: Juice, coffee, eggs, fruit, breads, etc. There were ATMs very close next to the hotel and it is within walking distance of La Boqueria and a Flamenco show that we attended. Overall, quite an enjoyable stay

The H10 Montcada is in the perfect location! Right in the middle of the Gothic Quarter, right beside El Born also. Super easy access to both districts and about a 20 min walk to Barceloneta Beach, and a 10 min walk to Eixample. The Gothic Quarter is the best place to stay in Barcelona, hands down! The hotel itself is modern and clean. Rooms are very quiet and they have great blackout blinds. Bathrooms and showers are large and nice, with rain shower heads. We originally booked the Classic Double Room which had a Queen sized bed. However, the bed was awful. Every time my partner moved in the night, it shook the bed and woke me up. We ended up switching rooms to a Cozy room with 2 Twin beds, and that solved the problem. They were happy to accommodate us. We got the buffet breakfast. It was very tasty...lots of meat/protein options as well as the usual carbs. The hotel staff were friendly, and the rooftop was stunning. Gorgeous view and a little plunge pool for cooling off. I would recommend staying here, but in a room with Twin beds if you are a light sleeper and don't want to be disturbed by your partner moving around in the night!
