Stunning hotel reception staff were fantastic and upgraded us. Pool was beautiful with a great entertainment team. We particularly want to thank Omar from the entertainment team and also the young guy that delivered drinks around entertainment area. Omar was very friendly and welcoming and made us smile daily he is an asset for the hotel. I also want to say all the staff in the restaurant were amazing always there was a perfect holiday thank you

We stayed at this all-inclusive hotel as a family (with children). The grounds are generally very nicely decorated and offer a great atmosphere, although there were ups and downs during our stay. 🛏️ The rooms Our family room: We had a room on 2 floors with 2 showers and 2 toilets. The layout is somewhat unfortunately designed: The parents' bed (approx. 160 cm wide) is located upstairs, while the 2 beds for the children are downstairs. For families, it would have been much more practical the other way around – that is, the parents' bedroom downstairs and the children's room upstairs. Downstairs there was a balcony, desk, armchair, safe, and a sufficiently large television. Upstairs another TV (very small), coffee table, and armchair. The closets are well-equipped (shelves, hanging options, shoehorn). The bathrooms shine with a great selection of care products and hygiene items (toothbrushes, file, cotton pads, shower sponge, etc.) and sufficient towels as well as slippers – only bathrobes were missing. Room cleaning was essentially limited to making the beds, changing towels, and replenishing bathroom items. Our friends' room (room 1466): Our friends booked a paid upgrade from a double room to a family room on-site. Room 1466 was unfortunately an absolute imposition: An extremely pungent, unbearable smell of dampness and mold, which even lingered in the clothes. For a 10-day stay, this is unacceptable – the hotel should urgently consider compensation here! 🍹 Bars & Gastronomy Food: Very large selection, varied, and with nice themed evenings. Everyone will truly find something here. Bars & Cocktails: The pool bar is the only bar that offers decent cocktails. The pier bar unfortunately closes at 6 PM and, just like the beach restaurant, does not offer any cocktails. There is no drink menu in the lobby bar. The piano bar was nice, although we did not see a piano there. 🏖️ Beach, Pool & Leisure Beach: The number of lounge chairs is quite limited, and many of them are damaged or broken. Unfortunately, there is no station or compressor at the pool/beach to inflate air mattresses and water toys. Fitness center: Rather small for the size of the hotel. 👥 Service & General Staff: Very nice and friendly everywhere! Waiters Tamer, Halit, and the bartender who always distributes drinks on the beach are great! Only in the morning can you tell the waiters are tired, which is why the service is quite slow then. Suggestion for improvement for management: Small flag pins on the employees' name tags would show which languages they speak – that would make communication much easier. Cleanliness: Absolutely fine in the public areas (restaurants, lobby, paths, restrooms). There is always room for improvement, but the guests are also responsible for cleaning up their own trash here. Guests & atmosphere: The hotel is extremely child- and baby-friendly. That didn't bother us, but anyone looking for peace and relaxation is definitely in the wrong place here. Wi-Fi / Internet: Purely a matter of luck. Almost never a stable connection, often no network at all. That is very annoying in this day and age. Conclusion: A visually beautiful resort with good food and friendly staff. Those who can overlook the poor internet and the weak service at some bars will experience a nice family vacation here. However, substandard rooms (like the "bad-smell-room") must absolutely not happen when paying an upgrade surcharge.

Everything was great and we really liked the hotel. The food was good. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The pool was very clean and huge. Guest relations worked very well. Ms. Inga was wonderful. Only the wifi was weak. Otherwise, it's a better place and good for families.
