Lovely clean hotel The room was serviced every day with clean towels if required Nice bright room overlooking the mountains We were on the third floor with a blissful hot walk in shower great at the end of the day after exploring the city The number 22 bus will take you in and out of the centre of Barcelona very quickly A metro station is nearby and is easy to use for travelling to Sagrada Familia Snack bar available in the hotel for drinks and meals The lamb is personally recommended although it isn’t served with vegetables just mashed potatoes Breakfast has so much choice with fresh orange juice cereals fresh fruit meats and cheese different sausages scrambled eggs and tortillas available With omelettes and pancakes to order Thank you to Diane in the dining room very helpful and courteous All staff are helpful and friendly a special thanks also to Christopher at reception and the waiter in the snack bar The vista from the rooftop plunge pool is stunning even in October A well equipped modern gym is also provided five days just wasn’t enough We will be back.

Came to this hotel for my anniversary, the first room we checked into was not ok, two single beds, wallpaper coming off the wall, floor tiles were uneven. The first man that helped us was great, the first night of our stay was fully booked but he told us to Come back in the morning. The next morning the woman was quite rude and made us feel it was an inconvenience to be talking to her. We went out for the day and came back in the evening and the man who checked us into the new room was fantastic. Our new room was great and the rest of the trip was brilliant. Hotel has a shop next door for essentials and snacks and not too far walk from the metro. We had a fab anniversary! X

Everything was phenomenal except for the room we were in, which smelled of tobacco the entire stay, and we mentioned it at the front desk so they would solve the problem and so that the next people who go don't have that problem.
