Overall experience 3/5 Location is ok..15 /20 min walk into busy area of town - would prefer a little closer but thats not the hotels fault, ideal for portaventura. Rooms are quite small & dated but not a deal breaker, small details that are quite annoying 1. No balcony table 2. No kettle for a morning coffee 3. No bedside plug sockets 4. 1 key card - no power to charge anything when you leave the room (power cuts off without it) 5. AC doesnt work in the room Hotel & Rooms are spotlessly clean, cannot fault them there! Pool was okay, smaller then expected , not busy at the time of stay but id imagine the height of summer it would be a turf war! Rooms are quite noisey & it travels! We were half board, by accident! Were usually SC, not big fans of hotel breakfast food so wasnt expecting much to be honest, its okay. Found the staff to be mixed if im Honest, pool bar staff were lovely, really nice friendly people, However 1 or 2 reception staff could have been more welcoming, just general returning smiles seem to be a miss. Overall, it was fine. Personally, i would not book again mostly due to location really. P.S - Please add a balcony table & a kettle - enjoying a morning coffee looking out over Salou goes a long way 😉

An unforgettable experience! What really gives this place its soul is the staff: friendly and helpful. Special thanks for the attention from Belén at reception and to Iker and Toñín in the restaurants, it was a pleasure to be with you all. We will definitely be back!!
