The room was excellent and truly brand new, and the location was also excellent. However, we often found very long lines for the elevator and were very disappointed with the cleaning, which was done daily but without replacing clean towels, dish cleaning kits were thrown away by the cleaning staff and never replaced, and beds were only made in appearance; as soon as you opened them, you could see that the sheets underneath hadn't even been pulled tight.

When we returned from the cruise, we had about 12 hours in town before the return flight. We didn't know what to do with our luggage. Before the trip we headed to the hotel, and asked for permission to leave our luggage for those hours at the hotel, to walk free in the city. In addition, the hotel's location is lovely, in a beautiful neighborhood, a few minutes' walk from the metro.

Really a beautiful hotel, near there is also the supermarket if you want to make a meal in your room. You move easily (the metro is really close). The staff is always friendly and helpful.
