Excellent stay, Godwin is very good with his service, very good food, , nice entertainment

We had a lovely 4 night stay. I loved the adult only vibe, with nice wellness activities throughout the day and entertainment at night. The buffet restaurant had plenty of choice, and the staff were very helpful! We also chose to eat at the Lebanese restaurant which was my favourite meal of the holiday! I treated myself to a massage - it was good but very expensive! I feel I didn’t get the spa experience I was paying for as it was just a standard massage. The therapist was brilliant though and really listened to our needs. The hotel was clean and the bedrooms were comfortable. The location was very remote, but that added to the tranquility of the place. The views from hotel were stunning! We had a really lovely mother and daughter stay!

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the hotel was - when we arrived we were made to feel very positively welcomed by both the reception staff and Michael at Guest Relations. We were invited to use the All Inclusive aspect straight away even though our room was not ready . Room was great , with a stunning sea view . Very clean and spacious. Pool Area was again clean and spacious, with a busy but good pool bar . Towel assistants were sometimes reluctant to give a fresh towel , which was unexpectedly disappointing. We had an incident with blue paint from the poolside coming off on both of our swimsuits , which we brought to Michael’s attention that evening. We were very satisfied in how this was handled , laundry had cleaned and delivered the swimsuits back to our room by the time we arrived back there after the evening . We were also compensated with a complimentary meal voucher , which was received with gratitude. There was entertainment each night ,loved it outside , really lovely atmosphere. The hotel food was good , with something for everyone. Waiters for drinks were sometimes thin on ground at the outside restaurant area but usually very helpful once located . The boat trips that started just outside the Hotel were fantastic- Comino , blue and crystal lagoons were all stunning . We found both Michael and Camilla at Guest Relations very professional and when something had not gone quite to plan , they both went above and beyond to resolve . We would recommend this hotel , we had a wonderful short break there .
