Currently here feeling frustrated Hotel is nice The male member of reception is very friendly and helpful the woman are ridiculously rude just sending you off when they find you annoying The pools - children are only allowed in the downstairs pool which is freezing!!!! The rooftop pool is warm as it is on the roof but they dont allow any times for the children to use this - i feel when the staff stop serving drinks at 5pm it could easily be ok for children to use this pool then!! Rooftop pool they serve you at your sun bed no service at the children's pool! Sun-beds at the children's pool are horrible compared to the ones on the roof. Basically if your adults only expect luxury family just deal with whats give! Me and my daughter holiday lots and this is the first time we feel not treated equally in service as obviously the hotel really wants to be adult only!

Great little hotel, everything you need , good food, very friendly, pool area really nice, But very loud music every day around pool . Load's of people I spoke to said the same .I don't see the need for it , shame

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Luna. Bar and lounge area, aswell as outside seating very modern and comfortable. Room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Lovely view of the church. Kitchenette was clean with plenty of space, we only used the kettle for tea/coffee. Bathroom was good size and shower had good pressure. The only fault I have was the mattress was very uncomfortable. Check in was quick and receptionist was welcoming. Staff were very friendly and approachable. Sinead was very helpful and answered any questions we had regarding recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing trips. Just wanted to also share our appreciation of Januka, lovely friendly young lady behind the bar. There was still some digging going on up the road, but this did not impact our stay. We used bolt and buses to bring us to our various sightseeing trips, both were very easy to use. Valletta, Mdina, Gozo were our go to places. Beach quite near, lovely and clean. All in all we had a lovely 7 night stay.
