My wife and I stayed here for our wedding anniversary and overall we were satisfied with the trip, but unfortunately this isn’t somewhere we would return to. The hotel itself has that boutique, boho Greek vibe many tourists travel to Greece for. It looks stylish, clean, and initially gives the impression of being a family-run hotel with character. The swim-up rooms also look great, although I’d advise people to be careful when booking premium rooms, as not all premium rooms actually include swim-up access. We paid premium and did not receive one. The rooms were clean and modern enough, but surprisingly basic in terms of facilities. There was no kettle or coffee-making facilities in the room, no iron, and no onsite shop. You can buy drinks and water from the small bar stand beside the restaurant, but overall amenities felt limited. The biggest disappointment for us was the hospitality. Breakfast runs from 8–10am and one morning, after being out late celebrating our anniversary, we arrived just after 10am during torrential rain. We politely asked if we could at least buy a coffee, but were refused and told the restaurant was closed — despite coffee and drinks being served there at other times of the day. With no kettle in the room, we then had to walk 10 minutes into Faliraki in heavy rain just to get a hot drink. It felt like there was very little flexibility or customer care shown. We also found staff interaction with guests fairly minimal throughout the stay. Another example was around 5:30pm when I tried to order a Greek salad from the restaurant menu and was told they were “busy making tomorrow’s pastries” and could only offer pizza or a toastie. Again, this felt like poor hospitality considering salads were advertised on the menu. Late checkout was available for €40, which we appreciated, but oddly this had to be paid in cash only despite card payments being accepted elsewhere in the hotel. Location-wise, it’s around a 5–10 minute downhill walk to Bar Street and central Faliraki along a poorly lit road, although beaches, buses, restaurants and tavernas are all nearby. Overall: • Appearance & cleanliness: 3/5 • Food & hospitality: 2/5 • Location: 3/5 A nice-looking hotel with decent cleanliness, but the lack of warmth, flexibility and basic hospitality let it down for us.
We have just arrived home after a weeks stay so to start no a warm welcome just passed the key told where our room was we booked a premium room honestly no better that a normal room not kettle ironingboardor iron 2 tiny bottlesof shower gel never replaced luckilyi took my own. Breakfast absolutely terrible if you like eggs great because that's all your getting fried or boiled lots of cakes and sweet pastries if you like stuff like that for breakfast great no fruits at all . A 10 minute walk to main restaurants and bars so not a bad area .would we go again definitely NOT only happy people were the cleaners all other staff miserable has sin. Check out again just leave the key on the desk. They all need some customer service training so personally look elsewhere 🙄 honestly this hotel really needs to up there game if they want to stay in business.
