Our stay at Side Crown Palace was truly wonderful. The hotel is well maintained, the rooms are clean, the food is delicious and varied, and the entire staff is friendly and helpful. A very special thank you goes to the animator Marwa. She is an incredibly kind, caring, and compassionate person who does her job with genuine passion. She always finds time to talk to every guest, asks how your day is going, and makes everyone feel welcome and appreciated. What impressed me the most was that she remembers the names of so many hotel guests, which creates such a warm and personal atmosphere. Marwa's smile, kindness, and positive energy make this hotel an even more special place. People like her are truly priceless and deserve recognition. Thank you for making our holiday unforgettable.
