I’m actually shocked how this hotel has any good reviews! We came last minute for a long weekend and even though had negative reviews thought for a weekend it would be OK. But…. Probably one of the worst hotels I have been to. Upon arrival, our room had mould all over the ceiling and above the air conditioning unit, I told them my daughter had asthma and they moved us immediately, only for the second room to be full of ants - everywhere even all over the bed - had to go back to reception where they moved us again (only positive is how helpful & understanding the reception staff was!) 3rd time lucky room was mould & ant free but the bedsheets absolutely stink of just damp & sweat. The rooms are TINY. Can just about accommodate 2 people let alone a family of 4. Pool area - If you want to go away to chill and use the pool, don’t come here. Absolutely no chance of getting a sun lounger and the pool is TINY for the amount of guests at the hotel. It’s a health and safety hazard, people landing on each other from the slides etc. The pool is that small they have a sign showing you how big your float can be to go in the pool. Small kids pool area is just as bad, completely unsafe and the whole slide structure is too big for the actual space, it’s also surrounded by fake grass which is sopping wet. And if you’re lucky enough to get a sun lounger good luck putting your towel down, they are absolutely rotten filthy! Food - the food wasn’t awful, but the Que into the food hall is always long. The smell of the kitchen is like damp and sewer. In fact the whole hotel smells of damp and sewers. Cutlery and cups and plates always dirty! The hotel feels dirty. Cannot comment on entertainment as we literally only used the hotel to sleep in. We spent everyday out at the beach or the water park. Was only here for a long weekend and it felt too long! Location great though, near everything. I don’t even think this hotel is 3 star. 2 at most. Trust the negative reviews. Would not stay again.

Home after a brilliant week here!! I went with eyes wide open from all the bad reviews I read but I can honestly say we had the best week ever!! ROOMS: yes they are on the smaller side but we made it work, 2 adults and one child... Put your cases under the bed for extra space... Cleaned every day, place was spotless... POOL: yes we took in turns to que for beds when we were doing a pool day but met some lovely people in the que and with all the chatting you wouldn't feel the hour going... Entertainment for kids during the day was also good! Pool area one of the cleanest I've seen on a holiday! FOOD: we were half board, breakfast and dinner but did change to lunch a couple of days, we never left hungry, always was something nice to eat, even my fussy child was well fed each time... The pizza is divine! ENTERTAINMENT: the kiddie disco at night is fun, the worker who goes by Mickey Mouse is brilliant and puts so much energy in to making sure all kids are included and having fun... The 10pm entertainment was fun too (all bar one night but the staff apologised the following night for that mishap) and enjoyed by young and old also... STAFF: each member off staff we came in to contact with were friendly and helpful! Overall I could not fault this hotel at all, the 1st time I was on holiday and said "I would 100% come back here next year"... When you book 3 star don't go in with 5 star expectations, your only setting yourself up for a fall... 10/10 from me and can't wait to go back!
