This was our second holiday to the hotel following our visit last August. It’s always a risk going back to somewhere that exceeded expectations the first time. However we were not disappointed. I really don’t know how the team there manage to keep the hotels public areas as spotless as they do bearing in mind the amount of traffic both wet and dry! I was in the room when it was serviced and noted very clean mattress protectors. We had clean towels and a clean daily which was done to a high standard. The food was all buffet but we ate on the terrace which we felt was a better experience. We had all inclusive and it was worth every penny. The standard was as good as last year. All staff were helpful and friendly. We managed to speak to the famous Gail who obliged with our annual family photo! My 5 stars is based on the fact this is a 4 star family destination which we felt represented great value. It’s great to see families having a good time. I would say the hotel responded to a review around the food and illness by installing sanitary hand stations. While we there in the whole week we saw very few if any other than us use it. We had no issues as the food is changed regularly and mostly cooked fresh but I do think guests should take some responsibility as children are allowed unsupervised by parents to wander around the food. Pool entertainment was lively if you wanted to join in. The team work hard. Sadly I don’t think we will visit again as our grandson is probably outgrowing the activities, however I would highly recommend for families.
