An experience that is, to say the least, deplorable! My wife and some of her friends stayed at this property; the apartments were well-maintained and clean, but the staff was incompetent; they arrived at their room and even found a person sleeping inside it. As if that were not enough, they had to request separate beds three times before their request was met. An absurd and unacceptable situation, which denotes a total lack of organization, professionalism, and attention toward guests. It is shameful that an accommodation facility can be managed in this way, with such superficiality and incompetence. A stay that turned into a terrible experience. The property is absolutely not recommended: one expects a minimum of seriousness and respect for those who pay to use a service.

Booked as a birthday treat for 2 nights. 15 mins walk from Aldgate tube station. Felt like a reactively safe area, not an awful lot of restaurants or bars close to the hotel. Breakfast was really good although they had no cooked offering the pastries and bread were so good and all we needed for a quick getaway. Room was really nice and spacious and had all the facilities you would want. Shower had great water pressure. Bed was really comfortable. Not many plug sockets which was a little annoying. Would recommend.
