If I could give this "hotel" a zero star review, thats what I would give. Door handles? Broken. Cutlery and crockery? Filthy and broken. Children's play area? Closed between 12:30 & 5:30pm. Staff? Some were nice, others were rude. Location? Awful, no public transport. Travel cot? Never given despite explicitly requesting it. Empathy? Forget about it. Pharoah ants? Infested with them (yes, I have been rendered so mind numbingly bored that I took the time to identify the precise specie of ant). Pool? Not open until 11am (at which point the UV was so high the kids could not go out). I haven't the words to describe how awful our experience has been, but perhaps 2 days of my wife and I either in tears or close to it will give you some idea of how stressful and depressing our visit has been. Tl;dr: Don't, under any circumstances, come to this resort.
