Avoid like the plague. Overall the hotel turns out to be really poorly maintained, with cockroaches everywhere, alive and dead. The room I was in didn't even have a small table to put things on, the closet was non-existent, just a sort of skeleton where you could hang shirts on hangers. Ants on the floor everywhere. The room cleaning that took place every day really left something to be desired. When I returned to the room I found the same things on the floor that I had left. They only made the bed and cleaned the toilet. The towels were stained with something I don't even want to think about. I had the "all-inclusive" package, but I strongly advise you not to get it. Buffet restaurant that offered the same meals every day, but that is not the worst part. The dishes that were available were dirty, you had to look for quite a while before finding a clean plate or glass. The highlight was when I found a cockroach in the breakfast bananas. Having booked directly on their site I had Wi-Fi "as a gift". Needless to say, it never worked. There is no air conditioning, just a ceiling fan. There are no bath soaps, just hand soaps. The waiting room service had a luggage scale FOR A FEE. €1 to weigh a suitcase. A total disaster. I wouldn't go back even if they gave me the stay for free.
