The staff are friendly and helpful, the breakfast is basic but adequate , you can ask for tea or coffee ☕️ anytime. Food and drink will be added to your bill. The rooms are nice , AC& TV and phone supplied view from my room ok , bathroom was nice. One thing I did notice was that it was a quiet area without the smell of food ( which I'd had in other hotels) nearer to the city centre. Bus services local. Near to Termini ( abt 10 min bus ride) . Only drawback were there wasn't many restaurants, that we could find & the hotel lift isnt suitable for wheelchair users or prams, but you find most hotels in Rome have these snall outdated lifts.. I dont know if its to do with the building or the regs in Rome, say theyre not required .. There is a supermarket though which we used several times, and I used a food delivery app to get dinner one evening. Very pleasant stay.

Staff here are extremely friendly and accomodating. Natalia went above and beyond for me and my friend, allowing us to check in early for free as we were exhausted and overheated. It’s always nice to know the place you are staying at values and looks after their guests. Thank you

It depends on what you are looking for. We went for a massive walk in Rome, and we needed just bed and shower. However, the hotel exceeded our expectations as the room was spacious with a beautiful bathroom. Very clean and tidy. The staff was very friendly, especially Natalia, on reception, who took the extra mile to explain the area, restaurants, and transport to amenities. The only downside I would say is it was quite funny to find it the first time as it is not well advertised outside. I would recommend it.
