Just returned from a 9 day stay at Blue Bay We were B&B & found a great choice for breakfast Room was clean and spacious & clean towels every day if needed The reception staff extremely friendly & helpful especially Pepe Nothing was too much trouble. The animation staff put a lot of effort into the activities especially as it is towards the end of the season . The grounds are beautiful & only a 20 min walk to puerto banus & lots of restaurants along the beach the other way towards San Pedro Bus stop right outside hotel . Typical traditional Spanish Hotel Have no complaints Would visit again .
Very nice hotel, we were able to get our room as early as 10:30 a.m. A great room with a bathtub and a magnificent view of the pool. So good. The only negative points are the catastrophic Wi-Fi and the very cold pool. Otherwise, we had a great stay.
The years do not pass in vain. It has two stars too many. It is old and has 70s-era facilities. They cut off the water for 10 hours. The AC in the room does not work, the toilet is always clogged, ants in the room, and to top it off, the staff attending the performance hall were checking the time so people would leave, and it was barely 10:00 PM. It is right next to the highway, LITERALLY. Noisy. Never again.
