All in all rooms are of a decent size and are clean Towels are thin and small and one can hardly dry one self Amenities have turned into a one bottle all purpose soap ( how low can you go?) Front desk staff very unfriendly and unwelcoming Hotel is in good are.

Hotel located in a central area; from how it looks, it seems like a 4-star hotel, but all that glitters is not gold. Upon entering, the rooms are spacious, but the air conditioning was not working. We went down to the reception and explained the problem, but we were told in a very superficial way that it was a temperature issue and that was why it was not working (an insult to our intelligence), but since we were on vacation, we overlooked it and kept the window open for two days. The next day, returning late in the evening, I realized that the electronic key was not working. I returned to the reception and asked if they could help me unlock the door. They gave me another card, I went up to the 20th floor, tried again, but it still did not work. I went back down to the reception to make my complaints, and afterwards, in an annoyed way, almost as if they were doing me a favor, they gave me the physical key and I was finally able to enter. The room, on the other hand, has uncomfortable beds, the pillows are basically half-size and very uncomfortable, there are very few outlets for phones and they are not near the beds, and the lights are very dim. Overall, I have stayed in 3-star hotels that were much better.

Ok but not perfect . It is 4 stars z its clean and breakfast is so so
