I was at the Hotel Meteor with my girlfriend in mid-July. The room is very nice, air conditioning was perfect. Service, the food was very delicious, service and everything in general was very nice. Great location just off the promenade with beautiful views. A easy walk to the old town. Large family hotel with plenty to do for adults and children. Rooms were large and clean with good housekeeping service. Balconies are pretty small though. Breakfast was delicious with so much choice and fresh items made on request. Large reception and social, bar area. All staff very nice but shout out to Goran who was very professional and friendly. Live music a few times a week. Definitely recommended.

We had a splendid time in Makarska! The food and service were above expectations! We certainly will come back again!
