Location was brilliant. Right next to termini station, literally 6 minute walk. Central Rome. Walked everywhere, trevi fountain, colosseum, Spanish steps, pantheon etc Atmosphere was awful, reception staff blunt, miserable and unhelpful. Rooms were basic, dated and old. Air con absolutely useless, maybe aswell not be there! Wallpaper ripped, bath had literally been sanded down, poly filled & repainted but bodge jobbed 🤣 Not value for money. Deffo not a 4 star accommodation, expensive for very little. Nestled on a side street between little shops & bars/restaurants however when in your room with balcony doors closed, you cannot hear the outside world. Breakfast was awful, we had it included in our 4 day stay, but only ate there once… everything was dry.. croissants, bread & cake were so dry & hard that I could have knocked someone out with it! 10/10 locations But everything else is 3/10

Bad, not recommended at all; the room had a water leak, we spent 4 days putting down towels to dry the floor, and the employees ignored the problem.
