We arrived a week ago today and are self catering, we have had to ask for clean towels on Friday we got them Saturday, we have asked can they come and change the bed sheets as we have been here a week today hopefully they will sort it tomorrow, we also have ants around the kitchen area and have asked for someone to come and put something down to stop them crawling over the cooker rings and worktops, apartment is ok, you have to empty your own bins. The day after we arrived we went to the supermarket on the compex shelves hardly had anything on them, the bars/restaurants on the complex are not open or in the resort, we have had to travel each day to Trogir so that we can get something to eat and to get essentials from the supermarket there. The complex itself is like butlins only butlins is nicer its like a a forest, stairs leading up to the apartments are broken there is rubbish everywhere. If your thinking of booking here my advice would be dont do it.

Very dilapidated hotel, no amenities!! No flowers, very dangerous stairs The food leaves something to be desired!! The pool is terrible, 3 small bathtubs!! No cushions on the lounge chairs!! The excursions are expensive for what there is to visit!! No lounge chairs on the beach!! Beach restaurant closed!! Season over!……Forced to walk 300 meters to go eat!!! In the end, you would think you were more in a campground!… The only positive point about the entertainers is the kindness of Romano, his energy, his smile, and his saying of the day: when there is sun we have a smile, and when we have a smile there is sun!!!

Disastrous hotel service. Dilapidated establishment. Food very little varied and low choice. The only positive point, the proximity to the sites to visit. I strongly advise against it at the risk of being very disappointed.
