Mostly kind staff. Good breakfast. Acceptable room but with few outlets. It didn't have body wash and the hair dryer is a bit dated, especially when there was a need to dry two women's hair, after a while it turns off. One day cleaning was not done, because we left the room later. The jacuzzi on the terrace is cute but with the sun it becomes boiling hot.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. 1: For starters the air conditioning does not work!!! We had to get up many times middle of the night to have a cold shower as it was soooo hot in the room. 2: There was a pool on the listing where I booked on agoda- there is no pool. There’s 2 jacuzzis which are useless when it’s 40 degrees outside. I have attached the photos of the so called pool we were hoping to experience while staying at this hotel! 3: no vending or ice machines 4: very very small rooms 5: no bathroom fan so the bathroom was always hot and muggy! We had to keep the door closed at all times too as it was heating out our already gross hot room! 6: very little selection at breakfast unless you want a salad or sandwich. 7: We did not feel safe in this neighbourhood walking outside! Pros: very close to the train station, it’s quite central. Has a nice rooftop patio to hang out on at night.

This is definitely not 4 star. Very rude and aggressive person at receptionist. It's also in a dodgy neighborhood. Rooms are dated and fridge was filthy. I left without a refund. What a horrible place.
