I wish I could rate you better because the reason my rating is entirely because of your front desk staff, which is something you can improve by choosing staff with your heart in the right place! Your service is beneath contempt, unhelpful, rude and insolent receptionists meeting up with us so never again that we choose your hotel or recommend you! Room 301!

Stayed in this hotel around April myself and the misses.Short walk to restaurants and bars Nice clean quite hotel. Was out all day so didn't use facilities much but everyone seemed friendly and I'm sure where helpful if I had needed.Only thing was bar closed at ten o clock and would have liked to finish off my night at the hotel bar.But I can fully understand if it was time off year and maybe not much call for it.All in all no complaints from me and will probably be back in gdansk later in the year and will look to book here again. Thanks guys for a lovely stay

My daughter and I stayed here at the hotel for 3 nights. We were warmly welcomed, and the check-in was quick and completely hassle-free. Our room was sufficiently large, clean, and attractively furnished. The bathroom was spacious, and the shower was as well. The bed was a bit narrow, but comfortable. Additionally, there is a balcony available. I cannot assess the breakfast because we had breakfast outside. The hotel is just a few steps from the city center, and the price/performance ratio is unbeatable. Only the Wi-Fi was rather mediocre on the 4th floor. The overall experience was very good.
