Not recommended for international, non-Spanish-speaking tourists The main reason for our low satisfaction rating is that the hotel does not seem to be structurally oriented towards international and non-Spanish-speaking guests. Communication goes very difficult. A second major issue is the staff's limited willingness to help resolve guest problems. When issues arise, we found little initiative to look for practical solutions, which significantly affected our overall experience. Another disappointment is that the hotel does not offer a picnic option. For a hotel catering to tourists, we consider this a basic and useful service, especially for guests planning day trips. In our opinion, the absence of such an option reflects the same general lack of focus on accommodating guests' individual needs. Apart from these issues, the hotel is generally OK and comparable to other hotels we have stayed at in the Costa Brava region. The food is fine, and the rooms are adequate. Overall: acceptable hotel in terms of accommodation and food, but not recommended for international or non-Spanish-speaking tourists, mainly because of the communication difficulties and the limited willingness of the staff to assist with guest needs.

Hotel with very good value for money. Beach is a 10-minute walk away. The rooms are completely renovated, comfortable beds, excellent cleanliness. The buffet is varied. You can rest very well because it is very family-friendly and is not on a main street. The spa is a plus and a fantastic complement. I would improve the daytime and evening entertainment a little. Otherwise, great.

Terrible experience after being robbed while sleeping. An unknown person entered our room through the window and stolen our mobile phones and bank card leaving us without communication, restless and no money to spend. The same night another tree rooms were robbed the same way. The Hotel Manager stated it's our fault for sleeping with the open window. He tried to offer us free Spa but in exchange the hotel wanted us to sign a document to give up to any other compensation which we didn't. Unsafe, never accept ground floor room in this hotel and never open the window! I will never go back, it had ruined my holiday and I've lost incalculable value of data and documents
