Arrived early had to wait for room when we got in the floor was very dirty just walking in with no shoes made our feet black we complained and finally the floor wash washed but not very well and was never washed again I the two weeks we were there the food in the restaurant was cold the children’s entertainer in the evening was so loud you couldn’t sit in the bar and talk

A lovely clean modern hotel, buffet food and bar snacks were gorgeous with plenty of choices (The Tuna Salad and Bikini HamCheese toasties were sumptuous!). Very helpful and friendly staff who went above and beyond sorting out a small issue with a curtain, and helping my wife carry a bottle of Cava to our room, without hesitation, wonderful. A lovely family pool area suitable for couples and families, with plenty of beds to choose from. Beds are not allowed to be reserved, which took the usual early morning stress away from worrying about getting a bed of choice (Which was rigidly enforced by the life guardpool attendant.) The only problem was that couples who left their towels whilst eatingdrinking at the poolside bar, sometimes found that their towels and personal belongings had been removed, a simple check at the bar area would have cleared things up and prevented any misunderstandings, Management please take note. Our room was smart, clean and had a lovely modern bathroom and a balcony with plenty of room. The price was reasonable and only a 10-15 minute walk down into the centre of Tossa de Mar, the Castle, the beach and all of gorgeous restaurants who all served locally caught produce, it was a gastronomic feast, and the Tapas were to die for!! A TrainBus service stopped outside the hotel which ran every 45 minutes, and was great to use on the hotter days and very cheap to use and their tickets were for return journeys too! The Fireworks display at the end of their special festival (Ended 1st July) was spectacular. A beautiful traditionally Spanish resort, great food, great for families, sightseeing, and boat trips off the beach to other resorts. Tossa de Mar is like traveling back in time to a more innocent time, where tourists are catered for with a smile, but the resort hasn’t lost any of its identity or charm, and you can find quaint little bars and restaurants to enjoy your evening’s in, eating fine food and enjoying sampling their fine local wines, endlessly entertaining and relaxing at the same time, a wonderful holiday resort and a great hotel and spa, wonderful!
