What a great find!! This hotel should not be a 3* Hotel, its fabulous, the staff are lovely, the breakfast is out of this world, all fresh and plenty of it and really great choice. Location is wonderful being about 5 min walk to the beach area and the tram network to everywhere on the doorstep . The rooms were of a good size and they had thought of everything , really large bathrooms , even a small terrace outside to sit and have a drink on the roof top . Big balcony in the room too .

This hotel is in such a great location, close to the beach and tram stop around the corner that brings you to and from airport and into the centre of Nice. We had a deluxe room with little balcony and large double bed . Decent breakfast included. Staff were friendly and helpful, providing beach towels when requested and use of a shower room after we had checked out. Would recommend to anyone visiting beautiful Nice.

We had a good sized room with comfortable beds and a cute balcony . The hotel supply free hot drinks all day , free suncream left by previous holiday makers , beach towels and parasols . A lovely terrace to relax on and eat your own snacks or drinks . A cheap and tasty café opposite the hotel to grab breakfast , lunch or a sweet treat . The beach is across the rd and the tram round the corner . Tram line is great for airport or the port area and Jean medicine shopping area , the gare nice train is about a 20 minute walk . Draw back is the shower cubicle is very small and didn’t have anywhere to put your own shampoos and you can’t bend to pick them up as you hit the glass door , ( shampoo soaps provided if you wish ) I recommend this hotel and would stay here again should I return to nice .
